About 5 or 6 months ago, I dreamt I was in Cincinnati/Northern KY. I was at a location near the Ohio River and in a casino (land-based casinos don't exist there, but it was a dream, so it stands.) After spending some time there and waiting in line behind the German family, I found myself driving in Northern Ky down and around a winding narrow road. It was sunny, I had the window down and Henry was sitting beside me. We were just hangin' out, chillin', cruisin'. Although he wasn't in a car seat, I was being extra cautious on the winding, hilly road. When we reached our destination, I was carrying Henry and then a very realistic question arose in my dream-stated consciousness, "Why is Henry with me in Northern KY and Jake and Cassie are Phoenix?" Letting that question sink in, Cassie appeared out of the ether and immediately took Henry from my arms. She wasn't necessarily angry, but she did give me a look as if to say, "Why is Henry with you in N. KY, while we are in Phoenix, AZ?" At that point I felt it wise to refrain from sharing that I drove without putting Henry in a carseat. Then I woke up. The dream seemed so vivid and was a depiction of my typical interaction with Henry. We totally liked hanging out together. We always enjoyed each other's company regardless of our states of consciousness. I miss my friend, Henry, terribly, but love that he's always in my heart and sometimes in my dreams.
